Mr. Main has 17 years of successful team building and high-level venture capital experience within multiple investment markets. Mr. Main has served 14 of those years as the Founder-President and Managing partner of FIG Tree Capital Ventures, LLC where he built successful teams within the energy, and technology sectors. Mr. Main has partnered in over $1.2 Billion with-in the energy market and $180 million in a new upcoming power transfer technology that looks to reshape the energy sector in the coming years. Mr. Main has also been cultivating relationships within the entertainment space during his career that will offer investment opportunities that he believes will change the industry as we have known it. Mr. Main brings that experience and team to Main Oak Capital to continue to push those performance goals for their investor partners.

Mr. Dayton proudly began his service in the Marine Corp in 1986. In 1994 Shawn began his venture capital career in the telecom industry. In 2000 He moved into the Energy sector within the oil and gas industry as a registered representative at Reef OG. In 2010 Mr. Dayton joined FIG Tree Capital as the Sr Vice President of funding and partnered in funding 25 oil and gas drilling projects which have drilled over 130 wells and 2 saltwater disposal facilities. Mr. Dayton has raised capital within the direct energy, real estate and technology sectors and now serves as the CIO at Main Oak Capital.

Brett Stave is a marketing professional that brings an innovative perspective to marketing in the capital investment space. Brett studied Finance and Spanish at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and has 10 years combined experience in both the marketing and financial industries. Brett’s goal is to create successful marketing campaigns and strategies to share investment opportunities from Main Oak Capital, LLC, with new potential investors interested in the entertainment, energy, real estate and technology sectors.

Jordan is the Director of Charitable Contributions at Main Oak Capital. Prior to her current role, she received her Bachelors in Political Science and Communications from Dallas Baptist University. Jordan has spent the last 10 years of her life working along side of non-profits within the Dallas Fort-Worth community. Within the last decade she has spearheaded a multitude of campaigns raising tens of thousands of dollars for the cities local charities.

Kyle Beard studied Business Marketing and Finance at Dallas Baptist University. In addition to his studies, Kyle also was a student-athlete competing in golf. His team won the conference championship 4 years in a row, as well as qualified and competed at the National Championship. After graduating Magna Cum Laude and receiving his Bachelors of Business, Kyle has been involved in the digital marketing space. Kyle’s specialty is performing in depth online audits to determine gaps in a business’s digital marketing campaign, and then creating/ implementing a strategy that will allow a business to better leverage technology. His role at Main Oak is to ensure that all aspects of IT are performing up to our highest standards.
